The Sales Engineer – Server and Storage, will be a member of the Sales Engineering Team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting with customers, collecting requirements, and engineering solutions using our portfolio of products and the service offerings from our service catalog to deliver comprehensive solutions that address the business needs of the customer.

A successful Sales Engineer – Server and Storage, should be able to present and explain various product and service solutions to customers, guide them for requirements gathering and formulate the solution

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sells a subset of products or services directly or via partners to a prospective and existing customer base.
  • Provide technical support to sales from discovery to financial win of assigned projects with a focus on more complex customers within the region
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing skills to contractual agreement to close the sale.
  • Own for new and existing client relationships end-to-end – including,
  • Propose and implement process improvements to deliver the best value for current and prospective customers and partners.
  • Have an overview of market feature requirements and provide feedback to steer the development of products’ features.
  • Handle security questionnaires and all compliance issues

Qualification

  • 3-7 years of experience in solution engineering, systems applications consulting, or presales

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Enterprise Solution for leading our team providing IT solutions and services needs of Large Enterprises Projects division in MBUZZ Group. This position reports directly to the Operation Head.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in creating and positioning Large Enterprise Division, using the marketing stand of MBUZZ as a solution provider in the Large Corporate and Government IT Infrastructure and among System Integrators by giving insight, solution choices, proper planning, establishing the team, diligent execution of sales activities and digital interventions.
  • Sales of Enterprise Specific IT Products and Solutions in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market and based out of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Experienced, Self-driven and focused in planning, prospecting, bidding, negotiating and managing to close large ticket sales opportunities in order to meet fiscal & planned financial targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Inventory in the Warehouse as per SOP and Standards set by the company
  • Monitor inbound and outbound movement of inventory
  • Achieve service levels for customer and other regional delivery to support the sales team
  • Assure accurate  delivery of products; quantity and quality to customer and business
  • Data entry and updation of records in ERP (SAP B1)
  • Keep documents to prove internal control and VAT compliance
  • Assure accuracy of stock by conducting periodic or perpetual physical inventory
  • Assure VAT and Customer clearances as per Regulations of KSA region.
  • Report VAT input and output information to Head Office for VAT Return Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in prospecting exercises with the sales through product demos and technical presentations.
  • Design solutions for customer’s networking and business requirements.
