Verify the site before a crate moves.
A readiness walkthrough of power, cooling, floor space and access paths, before deployment day,Ensure every critical requirement is verified before installation begins.
WHAT WE DO
Power capacity & circuit mapping against the design
Cooling & airflow check for the target rack density
Floor loading & access-path clearance for equipment moves
Rack footprint, weight limits & aisle clearance
Fiber & copper pathway verification
Written readiness report with a remediation list
HOW IT
WORKS
Before anything is unboxed, our engineers walk the facility against the approved design — checking that power, cooling and floor space match what the deployment actually needs. Loading routes get the same scrutiny: a heavy, liquid-cooled rack that looks fine on a drawing can stall at a doorway or ramp on delivery day. Every survey closes with one written report — what's ready, what needs fixing, and a sign-off your team can act on before the first rack arrives.
1. Walkthrough
Inspect the rack environment and verify deployment details.
2. Measurement
Capture measurements and infrastructure data from the environment.
3. Report
Generate a report with findings and recommendations.
4. Sign-off
Finalize the inspection with approval and sign-off.
“Findings are logged against your actual rack plan, not a generic template — so the report reflects the deployment you're actually running.”
Site Confirmed Ready?
