From loading dock to live rack.
Physical build, liquid-cooling integration and structured cabling, handled and recorded end to end.
WHAT WE DO
Goods receipt & inventory check against the BOM
Structured copper & fiber cabling, labeled to the port map
Rack positioning, leveling & securing to the floor plan
Cable bundling, dressing & patching at both ends
CDU & liquid-cooling loop integration for high-density racks
As-built documentation on handover
HOW IT
WORKS
Every delivery opens with an inventory check — materials counted and matched against the BOM before staging begins. Racks then move from the loading area to the data hall on a motorized tug and ramps built for a fraction of that load. Once positioned, each rack is leveled and secured; on liquid-cooled GPU racks, the CDU and coolant loop are integrated and pressure-tested before power-on. Cabling follows a fixed sequence — label, unroll, bundle, install, patch and dress — and nothing goes live until it's tested and recorded as built.
